My second visit here in 6 months. It was once again a very enjoyable meal with fresh local produce, great combination of flavours, topped off with a good wine list and a lovely ambience.

A genius combination of nacho crumb with the tomato and chipotle emulsion. Delightful.
Had to try this ramen joint when I heard people raving about it and it did not disappoint. We had the yellowfin tuna carpaccio and ordered a variety of ramen (this was a while back so some ramen are not on their current menu). Loved the broth which was full of rich flavours yet well balanced.
Tucked away in a corner of Crows Nest is this unassuming store that houses fantastic fresh sashimi. Pop in and take a pick from the selection they have on hand, or pre-order one of their platters. Simple but well done. What more could you ask for?
I don’t frequent this area, so when the opportunity arose I decided to check this Korean restaurant out with some of my friends. It had really good reviews and everyone was excited by the number of side dishes they offered. We arrived early and did not have to wait too long but there was a massive queue when we left, even though the rain was pouring!
It’s a casual restaurant with a no-frills, relaxed atmosphere. The menu had a good selection of dishes, with the option for individual mains or a hotpot to share. Each diner has to order a dish. We decided on the seafood pancake, pork and kimchi stew, and stir-fried marinated beef.
This was a great first experience and my friends and I thoroughly enjoyed the meal. Good flavours and great value for money. We will definitely be back!
